My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were stunning, embodying the historic charm of the hotel with silk wall-coverings and separate shower and toilet facilities. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to ensure a wonderful experience. The location was unbeatable, right on the river and a short walk from Marktplatz, allowing me to dive into the heart of historic Basel. Dining at the two Michelin star Cheval Blanc was a true culinary journey, albeit on the pricier side. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly luxurious.

If I could sum up my stay at this hotel, I'd say it was a delightful experience. The rooms were gorgeously appointed and overlooked the Rhine, giving me a wonderful view. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location was unbeatable, right along the Rhine and within walking distance to many local attractions. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a lovely selection with a view to match.
